1. Conditions for Refund and Return
For digital products such as software and activation codes, the conditions are:
- Purchase Regret: The customer can request a refund within 7 days after purchase, as long as the product has not been downloaded or activated.
- Defective Product: If the activation code is invalid or there is an error that prevents the use of the product.

- Defective Product: Up to 30 days after purchase, provided it has not been activated or used.
