1. Conditions for Refund and Return

For digital products such as software and activation codes, the conditions are:

  • Purchase Regret: The customer can request a refund within 7 days after purchase, as long as the product has not been downloaded or activated.
  • Defective Product: If the activation code is invalid or there is an error that prevents the use of the product.

2. Application Deadlines

  • Purchase Regret: 7 days after purchase.
  • Defective Product: Up to 30 days after purchase, provided it has not been activated or used.

3. Procedure for Refund or Support

To request support or a refund, please email  with:

  • Product Name
  • Order Number
  • Registered Email
  • Reason for Request (include screenshots if applicable)

Our team will review the case and contact you with refund or resolution instructions.

4. Refund

  • TED: Transfer to the account holder, within 10 business days.
